Accessibility statement
Last updated: 9 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our services — with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or on a phone. This statement describes how far we have come and where work remains.
Scope
This statement applies to:
- the public ImmoVision AI website
- office and agent microsites (/o/… and /m/…)
- digital exposés (/expose/…)
- the web app for offices (dashboard)
Standard
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA. These criteria are also part of the European standard EN 301 549.
Compliance status
Our services are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We are continuously working on the limitations listed below.
What is already in place
- “Skip to content” and clearly marked page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer)
- a logical heading structure; the language of every page is declared (German, English, Turkish)
- a visible keyboard focus on all controls
- labels for form fields and names for buttons that only show an icon
- text alternatives for images; purely decorative elements are hidden from screen readers
- sufficient text contrast: gold used as a text colour is darkened automatically on light backgrounds, including offices’ own brand colours
- Google Maps only loads after consent; the location is also given as text in the exposé
- machine-readable information (structured data) about offices, agents and properties
Known limitations
- Content provided by offices
- Photos, texts and image descriptions on microsites and in exposés are maintained by the offices themselves. Where image descriptions are missing, we cannot add them.
- 360° tours and maps
- Virtual tours and maps are visual content and can only be used to a limited extent with a screen reader. The key details (rooms, areas, location) are also provided as text in the exposé.
- Videos
- Property videos do not always have captions or a text version.
- PDF documents
- Exposés and reports generated as PDF are not yet fully accessible.
- Complex tools in the web app
- Some work areas (e.g. image and video editing, drag-and-drop editors) cannot yet be fully operated with a keyboard or screen reader.
- Decorative numbers
- Large section numbers are intentionally faint. They are purely decorative and hidden from screen readers.
How this statement was prepared
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out on 9 October 2026: automated testing with the axe-core tool (WCAG 2.1 A and AA) on the website, microsites, exposés and in the web app, plus spot checks with the keyboard and a narrow phone view. We review it regularly and after major changes.
