Transparency is important to us. On this page, we inform you about which technically necessary cookies and comparable storage technologies are currently used or can be used within ImmoVision so that the website, exposés, microsites, forms, login areas, and protected functions work technically.
Current Status
ImmoVision currently uses exclusively technically necessary cookies and comparable storage technologies on the general website, as far as this is required for operation, security, or the function explicitly requested by the user.
We currently do not use any optional marketing cookies, no remarketing tags, no advertising pixels, and no statistics or analysis cookies on the general website.
No user profiles are created for advertising purposes on the general website.
Why we use storage technologies
Certain functions of our website and platform can only be provided if the browser caches information or a session is technically managed. This applies in particular to:
- secure session management,
- login and protected dashboard areas,
- protection of forms from abuse,
- technically necessary language storage,
- technically required status information,
- secure provision of interactive functions.
These technologies do not serve marketing, remarketing, or the building of advertising profiles.
Legal Basis
Insofar as information is stored in the terminal equipment or already stored information is accessed, this takes place – as far as technically absolutely necessary – on the basis of § 25 Para. 2 TDDDG.
The subsequent processing of personal data takes place depending on the function, in particular on the basis of:
- Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary for the provision of requested functions or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or a contract,
- Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, insofar as the processing serves system security, stability, abuse prevention, and technically necessary provision.

Notice on Stripe Payments
When you access a payment process, a subscription checkout, or embedded payment elements from Stripe, Stripe may use its own technically required cookies and comparable technologies in connection with the specific payment process.
These processings concern the respective payment process and serve in particular:
- authentication,
- fraud prevention,
- security,
- technical processing of the payment transaction,
- availability of Stripe services.
These technologies are not used as general marketing tracking of our website, but are related to the specifically called payment process.
Which storage types we use
Cookies
Small text information stored in the browser and may be required for session or security functions.
Local Storage
Local browser storage for technically necessary states or preferences, for example, language settings.
Session Storage
Temporary browser storage, which is usually only available during the current session and can be used for technical form, chat, or session logic.
No optional tracking technologies
Currently, we specifically do not use on the general website:
- no marketing cookies,
- no analysis cookies,
- no third-party statistics cookies,
- no remarketing tags,
- no advertising pixels,
- no profile-based user tracking for advertising purposes.
Should this change in the future, this page and the privacy policy will be updated accordingly. As far as legally required, a separate consent will then be obtained in advance.
Your Control
You can generally delete or block stored cookies and browser storage at any time via your browser settings. Please note, however, that this may restrict technically necessary functions of our website or platform in whole or in part. This can specifically affect login areas, form functions, language storage, or protected user areas.
